Content Summary

Rory has to sit in 'Rory's Spot' and misses out on playing during little lunch. The other children, including Melanie, decide to cheer Rory up while he is stuck inside. Each classmate sends Rory a note containing what they think will cheer him up. They pass jokes, drawings and snacks to Rory through the office window. At the end of little lunch the children wave to Rory, and he is left in the office on his own.
