The children are at school at snack time. Teacher Harriet asks the class to vote on whether to eat their snack inside or outside. The children stop, think, and choose, and Teacher Harriet counts the votes. Most of the class votes to eat inside, so that is what they do. Prince Wednesday is upset because he wanted to eat outside and the vote did not go his way.
