Julia, Elmo, and Abby are playing together. A siren sounds nearby and Julia becomes overwhelmed by the noise. Julia rocks back and forth and covers her ears as she tries to manage the sensation. An adult supports Julia to move away from the siren, take a break and try some breathing exercises. Elmo and Abby explain to Big Bird that loud sounds can feel very different for Julia.
